Maintaining
Sobriety
It comes without explanation that maintaining sobriety is the toughest part of recovery. Cravings, triggers, emotions, and others can influence our choices and make relapse a reality. With our help, long-term sobriety is within reach. We offer recovery services to women who have completed treatment and are seeking continued help to stay sober. You must have 24 hours of sobriety to enter Anchor, however, virtual sessions may be arranged in certain situations.
Coaching & Peer Support
Upon joining Anchor, you will be assigned a Recovery Coach. All clients have FREE recovery coaching, as long as they are members of Anchor. Our Recovery Coaches are trained in addiction recovery and can offer support and advice to help you maintain sobriety. Your coach will be available via messaging 24/7.

You will also have the option to be a Peer Support or receive Peer Support. Women who offer peer support will be subject to requirements. Contact us for more information regarding becoming a Peer Support.
Community
We offer, not just a gym and coaching center, but a community. This is a place you can come anytime (during business hours), and escape from life. Regain your composure, do a quick workout, talk to a coach, grab a protein shake, or play a game with a friend. Just hang out, and make yourself at home. Sapere Vadere! Live in the moment, and don't worry about what's ahead. Take it one day, one hour, one minute at a time. Sobriety is possible. Together, we can do it.
