Coaching & Classes
Our nutrition program educates women in recovery on healthy food choices, metabolism, nutrients and vitamins, meal prep, cooking, and more. Women will have a personal coach,
check-in sessions, and 24/7 support. Nutrition and Cooking classes are online and in-person.
Meal Planning and Tracking
We create meal plans for you on the StrongrFastr Pro app according to your specific caloric and macro needs, in combination with your current lifestyle. This plan, tailored to you, is designed to help you achieve a healthy nutritional lifestyle that improves your overall health. You can also log your meals, weight and measurements, habits, and more on the app.
